Wash Your Hands Frequently:
You should regularly wash your hands. Everyone after 3 or 4 minutes you have to wash your hands not only with water but you have to use some products which contain alcohol because alcohol is the best thing for any type of virus affected. So to do that you have to use the best quality of sanitizer or you have to wash your hands with soap and water because soap is the best thing which contains alcohol.
Maintain Social Distancing:
Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. Because when someone cough or sneeze their small liquid droplets from their mouth or nose can contain virus which also can affect you. If you are too close and breathe at that time you can also be affected.
Avoid Touching your Face( eyes, nose, and mouth):
Your hands contain any type of viruses. So when you touch your nose or mouth then the virus can be transferred from your hand to nose or mouth which will make you ill immediately.
Practice Respiratory Hygiene:
Make sure you follow good respiratory hygiene not only you also you should be aware of people around you are having good respiratory hygiene. You can do good respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth or elbow with a tissue or when you cough or sneeze you should also cover it with tissue and throw that tissue in the dustbin immediately.
